Are there setup fees or hidden charges?
No. There are no setup fees, no installation charges, and no hidden costs. The price you see on this page is what you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime. After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days so you can export records if needed. After that period, your data is permanently deleted.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans give you 2 months free compared to paying monthly. You're charged once at signup and again on your renewal date 12 months later. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard or any reminder email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments through Paystack. We accept Verve, Mastercard, Visa cards, plus direct bank transfer and mobile money in supported countries.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Contact support and we'll migrate your existing data to the new plan with the new features enabled. No data loss, no setup time.
What if I run multiple branches?
You'll need a Professional or Premium Pro plan for the HQ. Each branch is billed separately — Branch Pro is ₦4,500/mo (₦50,000/yr) and Branch Premium is ₦5,900/mo (₦65,000/yr) per branch. Branches can be added or removed anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
Since the Starter plan is free forever, we recommend trying that first to ensure ChurchVault is right for your church. For paid plans, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case — contact support@seemychurch.org.
Is there a discount for non-profits or denominations?
For large denominations, church networks, or multi-church enterprise arrangements, we offer custom pricing. Contact support@seemychurch.org for a quote.
Can I export my data?
Yes — your data is yours. You can export financial records, transaction logs, and reports anytime. Contact support if you need help with a full data export before cancellation.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown are inclusive. For Nigerian customers, VAT is included in the displayed price. International customers are billed in NGN at the same prices.
